This has been a very influential book for me and hopefully you too.

This book was recommended to me by the wonderful Marietta Birkholtz; the coach who changed my life.

It is a powerful read on how to recognise true callings, what drives us and how to live an authentic life.

Aimed at women, this book delivers a powerful lesson on how to stop being small and really go for what you want in life.

A client recommended this to me years ago and I regularly re-read chapters for a boost in morale and confidence.

Who doesn't love the Holistic Psychologist? Nicole LePera has been teaching us lessons via Instagram and beyond on how to navigate life and love.

Her book details her personal journey and is full of tools and techniques we can use ourselves.

Finally I found an informative and supportive explanation on how women's brains develop from birth to later life, through the hormonal rollercoasters (not limited to puberty and menopause).

This gave me great insight into how my stepdaughter is evolving.

As far as personal transformation books go, I loved this.

After spending years providing palliative care, Bronnie Ware shares some of the incredible stories she heard from those she cared for.

As you would expect, this is a very emotional book with profound lessons.

It will stay with you forever.

As a prisoner at Auschwitz and other Nazi concentration camps, the author shares some deeply emotional moments as he struggles for survival.

Despite many dark moments in the book, the overall message is to find meaning and purpose in your own life. A truly memorable read.

Bypassing the crazy book title, this is a very inspirational read by Denise Duffield Thomas. Since reading it, I have enjoyed her podcast and many online challenges.

To this day, I still follow her advice to make a note of every single bit of income (even coins found in the sofa) to maintain a mindset of abundance.

Based on stoicism, the ancient Greek philosophy of enduring pain or adversity with perseverance and resilience, this book is a lesson in being strong despite adversity.

It will help you focus on the things you can control and let go of everything else, and to witness an obstacle yet turn it into a new opportunity.
