This is coach-led accountability programme to help you stop
procrastinating, stay consistent and finally take action on your goals.

Any goal works in this simple structure: researching a new career or business idea, launching a product, implementing a fitness plan or weight loss, a writing project, building a website, clearing your house.

Even if you don't have a specific goal in mind, but know you want to create some change,
I can help you hone in.

This accountability group coaching programme combines accountability coaching and mindset work in a consistent and simple structure, allowing you to focus on your own process without feeling overwhelmed or pressured.
 


With weekly check-ins and a non-annoying private Whatsapp group, you have consistency, motivation, confidence and a cheerleading squad.

How does ACCOUNTABILITY COACHING work?

Easily! This is a 12-week accountability coaching programme delivered online

via a weekly live group session and a private Whatsapp group.

Live 1-hour online group meeting on Google Meet: UK 7pm

CET 8pm / EST* 2pm or 3pm / PST* 11am OR 12pm

A space to check in, reflect honestly on your commitments and decide on one realistic action for the next seven days. I will lead and provide coaching support around mindset, confidence, boundaries, procrastination and self-talk; all of which directly affect your ability to follow through. 


Fridays

Check-in, updates on progress, wins this week

Do I need a clear goal before joining?

No. You do not need a perfectly defined goal before joining the programme. Many people gain clarity through the accountability process. The programme helps participants identify one meaningful focus and break it down into manageable steps, rather than expecting everything to be clear from the start.

What results can I expect from a 12-week accountability programme?

While results vary, many participants report increased consistency, clearer priorities, improved confidence, reduced procrastination and a stronger sense of self-trust. The aim is not only to make progress on a specific goal, but to develop skills and habits that continue beyond the programme.

What happens if I miss a group session or I don’t follow through one week?

Not following through is treated as information, not failure. The programme is designed to explore what got in the way and adjust accordingly. Accountability coaching focuses on curiosity and self-understanding rather than guilt or pressure. Falling off track is a normal part of behaviour change and is built into the process. This is how sustainable change actually happens.

You don’t fall out of the process because you struggle - the process exists for those moments.

 

Is this programme about productivity or mindset?

It is both. The programme supports practical follow-through while also addressing mindset, self-talk, confidence and habits. Many people struggle to get things done not because they lack ability, but because of internal blocks. Combining accountability with mindset coaching creates more sustainable change.

Can accountability coaching help with confidence and self-trust?

Yes. One of the biggest outcomes of accountability coaching is increased self-trust. When people consistently follow through on small commitments, confidence naturally grows. Over time, participants begin to see themselves as someone who can be relied upon, which positively affects many areas of life.

Can I join from outside the UK?

In a coach-led accountability programme, a qualified coach holds the structure and guides the process. A coach helps participants understand why they get stuck, not just whether they completed tasks.
 

How much time does the programme require each week?

The live group session lasts approximately one hour per week. Outside of the session, participants commit to one realistic action that fits into their existing life. The programme is designed for busy people and prioritises consistency over intensity.

 

Is this suitable if I work full-time or have caring responsibilities?

Yes. The programme is intentionally structured to support people with full schedules. Weekly commitments are small and realistic, and the focus is on progress rather than perfection. Accountability is adapted to real life, not an ideal routine.

 

Is this therapy or life coaching?

This is a coaching-based accountability programme, not therapy. The focus is on present goals, habits and behaviour change rather than processing past trauma. While emotional insight may arise, the programme is practical, forward-focused and action-oriented
