is delivered via a weekly live group session, a private Whatsapp group and body doubling sessions.
The 12-week programme includes a private 1:1 coaching session.

What is a body doubling session?
A body doubling session is a productivity technique where we work alongside each other (virtually) to simply share the same space while each person focuses on their own tasks.
The presence of another person acts as a gentle anchor, helping to reduce distraction and create a sense of accountability without any direct supervision.
This method is particularly popular among people who find it hard to motivate themselves, as the social presence of the session alone can make it significantly easier to start and sustain focus on challenging or mundane tasks.
Benefits include improved concentration, reduced procrastination, a greater sense of structure and an emotional comfort that comes from not feeling alone while working It's a simple yet surprisingly powerful tool for boosting everyday productivity.​​
